Wendy Seligson is a seasoned, results-oriented professional with over twenty years’ experience in senior executive and chief operating officer roles in NYC nonprofits. Skilled at managing change, she has led complex nonprofits through rapid growth, shifting government funding, new business development and business model changes.
Wendy combines her talent at planning, appreciation for values-driven programming and financial acumen to assist nonprofits in achieving goals that are both ambitious and realistic.

As the Associate Executive Director of the 14th Street Y, Wendy managed the Y through a period of rapid growth in which it doubled in size.
Prior to that, she was the VP of Administration at the Fortune Society.
Wendy has also been a practicing attorney in New York City.
